Nikki Kagan

Although most of us try to do our best at work, sometimes we struggle.  Whether we're leading or being led, even the best intentions may not yield the results we want.

With mindfulness at the core, we help our clients understand and appreciate each challenge or undertaking for its potential positive impact, working collaboratively to design the most appropriate program for achieving key objectives, often related to

·       Developing leadership capabilities

·       Strengthening teams

·       Influencing culture

·       Addressing conflict

·       Managing change

Self-awareness is key to successful leadership.  It's all about understanding what makes us unique. Through self awareness we become empowered to build on our strengths, while honestly identifying and acknowledging areas in which we would like to improve.  It positions us so that we can pursue opportunities that align with who we are when we are in balance, and helps us recognise and address our triggers before they set us off. In short, self-awareness facilitates our ability to make positive behavioural changes that lead to greater personal and professional success.

So whether you’re looking to explore new directions as a leader,  help your team work more collaboratively together, engage in a visioning process, or address a specific individual or team challenge or dilemma, we will help you strengthen the foundation--- from the inside out.

"Long lasting change that will help you create new habits and actions requires an inside-out approach, as well as two very important tools: the mirror and time..." Darren Johnson

Kagan-Consulting helps individuals and teams learn to better access and express their strongest qualities.  We guide our clients through a process of mindfully addressing critical and challenging issues that interfere with their ability to get things done and deliver required results.  Often, our work is about getting better at tuning in to, and leveraging individual and team strengths, better understanding less developed skills and capabilities, and addressing topics related to conflict resolution, communication, teamwork, leadership development, resource allocation, and more. Whether we're in the office or outside in the field with horses, we help our clients engage in a process of self-discovery--supporting and accompanying them as they navigate their way to a healthier, more productive and successful way of working.
